Aussie Dog Warranty Information
The warranty information below applies to Australia customer purchases only and does not apply to purchases made outside of Australia.
Swing tags are attached to all products with a clear description of the item, intended use, dog size appropriate to use the product and warranty terms and conditions.
The following Alone Play items are covered by a Replacement Warranty. Claims limited to ONE replacement only.
7 Day Guarantee “If your dog doesn’t like it, your money back”!
All Aussie Dog products are covered by this guarantee. The item must be clean, with no damage and in resalable condition. Item must be returned within 1 week of sale to the place of purchase with proof of purchase and warranty. Return of product item to place of purchase is done at the customers expense. Contact Aussie Dog for replacement packaging for returned products if needed. Please read the swing tag of your Aussie Dog product to understand your warranty. Any attempt to claim any warranty outside of the warranty terms and conditions will not be accepted.
In Store Refund & Replacement Process.
All products must be returned within the individual warranty periods to place of purchase, with proof of purchase. Store may grant refund or replacement providing product has failed under stated warranty terms and conditions. For example…. if a product has been correctly used, installed and sized to dog but has still failed, it may be eligible for warranty claim. All claims under warranty are limited to ONE REPLACEMENT ONLY. Returns to place of purchase are done at the customers own expense.
In Store Reimbursement Process
Credits or replacement stock will be provided by you’re distributor of Aussie Dog products pending approval from Aussie Dog. Approval will be granted providing claim abides by stated warranty terms and conditions. Aussie Dog can be contacted directly if needed to resolve potential claims or reimbursements outside normal terms, conditions or circumstances.
