Product & Warranty Information

The warranty information below applies to Australia customer purchases only and does not apply to purchases made outside of Australia.

Swing tags are attached to all products with a clear description of the item, intended use, dog size appropriate to use the product and warranty terms and conditions.


Note

The following Interactive Play items are not covered by any warranty. The Thong Range, Chook Range including standard and bungie Chooks, Softy Squeaky, Mitch Balls, Catch Balls, Long Balls, Aussie Dog Discs, Monster Treat Balls and Buddy Balls.


After product purchase, always monitor your dogs behaviour with the product to ensure safe play. Remove the product if it becomes damaged or you consider the dog’s behaviour with the product to be overly obsessive. If unsure, contact Aussie Dog for advice.

Replacement Warranty

The following Alone Play items are covered by a Replacement Warranty. Claims limited to ONE replacement only.

We offer a 12 Months warranty against destruction of Staffie Balls. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not accepted.

We offer 6 month warranty against destruction of Tuckers Balls. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not included.

We offer a 12 Months warranty against destruction, not normal wear and tear. Please note: There is no warranty on any Enduro Ball that has been used by a Staffie breed or Pitbull breed.

We offer a 6 Month warranty against faulty workmanship only on Home Alone product range, Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not accepted. No other claim will be entertained. Spare parts are available.

We offer a 6 Month warranty against faulty workmanship only on Bungie Chooks. Damage caused by normal wear and tear is not accepted. No other claim will be entertained. Spare parts are available.

In Store Refund & Replacement Process

All products must be returned within the individual warranty periods to place of purchase, with proof of purchase. Store may grant refund or replacement providing product has failed under stated warranty terms and conditions. For example…. if a product has been correctly used, installed and sized to dog but has still failed, it may be eligible for warranty claim. All claims under warranty are limited to ONE REPLACEMENT ONLY. Returns to place of purchase are done at the customers own expense.

In Store Reimbursement Process

Credits or replacement stock will be provided by you’re distributor of Aussie Dog products pending approval from Aussie Dog. Approval will be granted providing claim abides by stated warranty terms and conditions. Aussie Dog can be contacted directly if needed to resolve potential claims or reimbursements outside normal terms, conditions or circumstances.
