 Our custom design service is perfect for those looking for unique enrichment products not found on our website or in our catalogue. We offer this service at no additional charge. 

How It Works:  

1. Feasibility Assessment: Every request is thoroughly evaluated to ensure the product can be manufactured, whether for small runs or larger quantities, and is safe for both animals and staff.

1. Production Categories:

   – Existing Components Products crafted from materials and equipment already in our inventory, suitable for small-scale production. 

   – Product Modifications: Adaptations of existing products, such as transforming a ball into a feeding device or hanging seat, available in limited quantities. 

   -New Tooling: For products requiring new equipment and tooling, designed for unlimited production runs. 

 In all cases, we reserve the right to include the finished product in our range and market it across the animal industry, enhancing enrichment and health management for all animals.
