Why use a Monster Treat Ball for your dog?

Mentally stimulating your dog increases a good behaviour pattern. Just like people, dogs can get bored and stuck in the ‘same old’ mentality. This can lead to negative, anti social or destructive behaviour. It’s important to regularly shake things up a bit by adding different stimulus to their day and treat balls packed with a dogs favourite treats are perfect for this.

 

So what can you put in a Monster? Well anything really. Whatever your Dog likes and will actively pursue. Some of Dakota the kelpie’s favourites are.

 

  • Cheese
  • Carrot
  • Any cooked / uncooked  meat such as chicken, mince, leftovers
  • Peanut butter
  • Dry meat treats
  • Frozen beef stock with carrot
  • Kibble
Try putting the treats in the freezer the night before and to make it super difficult and an even more longer lasting treat for your dog. Use daily at dinner time to help stop your dog from begging for food and try to add a large piece of meat they can’t easily get out to keep your dog extra busy.
